PAJPER is casting agency established 2008 in Belgrade Serbia;
providing complete casting services for film, television and advertising.
Agency consists of educated film and television directors who have devoted their work to casting services in order to help the production process and facilitate the choices that sometimes can be very difficult and ambiguous.
Even though we are based in Belgrade, Serbia, our casting directors have complete insight in the whole ex-Yugoslav region, including Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Macedonia and Montenegro.

Services
Our casting directors are highly educated in the field of filmmaking, with years long experience. We are very dedicated to our work, approaching to every project with great enthusiasm.
Even though we are holding the biggest database for actors, models, dancers, children and extras in Serbia, we are constantly improving it, in order to maintain high quality services.
IN STUDIO CASTING – Rehearsals are guided by our casting directors and held in professionally equipped studio.
STREET CASTING – Selection and video recordings of characters that do not often participate in the entertainment industry, but fulfill a particular creative need.
CASTING ABROAD – Pajper also organizes castings outside of Serbia. Past castings have been conducted in whole ex YU region.
We assure all kinds of extras for the shooting, including crowd coordinators when needed.
In addition to, we render complete agency services when engaging actors.
Info for the actors
Casting is an encounter, above all. Encounter with a new role, with a director, with a production. Like any encounter, it gives an opportunity to make and learn something new. Of course, it is also a chance to introduce yourself. Seize that great possibility and leave a positive impression. That’s very important. Even if you don’t get the role you auditioned for, the impression you left on all the people you’ve been in contact with will bring you new opportunities.
We are not agents and we don’t represent actors/talents. Feel free to contact us if you are auditioning for some project abroad. We will help you to introduce yourself in the best possible manner. You should make effort to have quality headshots and a showreel, if possible.

I have had the recent pleasure of working with Nenad Pavlovic and Pajper Casting in Belgrade on two feature films, one starring Salma Hayek and the other Natalie Dormer. As anyone who has shot overseas knows, local casting can be challenging and both of these shows were particularly difficult from a casting perspective, involving Asian roles and sourcing actors of other ethnicities not easily found in Eastern Europe. In both cases, Nenad and his team displayed an uncommon level of diligence, tenacity and imagination and achieved success for us well beyond anything I had anticipated, to the benefit of not only the finished product, but also our budgets. PAJPER - A PLACE WHERE FILM CHARACTERS BECOME REAL! Last summer, I have been making a very complex and layered film 'Train Drivers'. My last film I directed, EVERLY with Salma Hayek, moved its production to Belgrade Serbia to take advantage of the tax incentives. At first I was tentative if we’d be able to cast local talent to reflect the style and tone of this crazy movie, so I was fortunate enough to work with Nenad and his amazing casting team, who immediately embraced the concept of the film and provided our production with some of the best and brightest Serbian talents available. We ended up with some of my favorite characters in the film with local actors and actresses, actors who were a pleasure to work with and truly brought new life into our script. I think our film was greatly enhanced by the professional (and VERY patient) efforts by the Pajper team, who were always attentive to our needs, even in those 11th hour changes that occur in every production. EVERLY is the film it is today due in great part to Nenad’s eye for talent, and I cannot wait to work with them again!
